Consent
Consent and Data Use
Consent is the center of the pilot. Satya separates application review, profile preparation, and later reuse so selected participants can understand what each choice allows.
Application review consent
Selected participants are asked to consent before Satya uses submitted application information for pilot review. This supports eligibility assessment, evidence review, fraud prevention, audit, and support.
- This consent covers the specific pilot application you submit.
- Review may include authorized Satya personnel and the licensed financial institution partner.
- Human review may ask for correction, clarification, or additional evidence before any decision can be made.
Satya profile consent
The application flow may ask whether Satya can prepare a profile candidate based on the information you submit. A profile candidate helps reduce repeated data entry in later pilot steps, but it is not a guarantee of financing.
- A profile candidate is separate from final financing approval.
- Profile status may remain pending until required checks and partner review are complete.
- Safe receipts may reference profile progress without exposing full private application details.
Future reuse consent
Future reuse consent lets Satya ask for later confirmation before using a profile candidate for another eligible pilot request. It does not let Satya silently reuse information for unrelated products.
- Later use requires a fresh application context or a clear support-led request.
- Satya should present the relevant consent choices before using prior information for a new financing path.
- Withdrawal may limit future reuse while leaving records that must be kept for legal, audit, security, or complaint reasons.
Withdrawal
You can ask to withdraw consent through the support path listed in your invitation or receipt. Withdrawal may pause review, require a new application, or prevent Satya from continuing the requested pilot service.
Evidence and sensitive information
Only submit evidence requested by the application flow or support team. Satya limits public status pages to safe categories and keeps sensitive review activity inside controlled operational workflows.
