Pilot eligibility

Satya Financials is currently available only to selected participants who receive an invitation through an approved pilot channel. Viewing these pages does not create eligibility.

Satya may pause, limit, or close pilot access when required for legal, operational, partner, security, or support reasons.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to submit.
• Keep invitation links, application references, and support messages private.
• Do not submit another person's identity, contact, income, purchase, or evidence details without authorization.
• Tell Satya promptly if information changes, a device is lost, or you suspect unauthorized access.

What Satya provides

• A borrower application flow for selected pilot participants.
• Readiness guidance that helps prepare an application for accountable review.
• A receipt and safe status experience for applications saved or submitted through the pilot flow.
• Support handling for status, correction, withdrawal, privacy, security, and complaint requests.

Important limits

• Satya does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice through public pages.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, disbursement, pricing, availability, or a final financing offer.
• A readiness result is not a credit decision and may change after human review.
• Any financing decision remains subject to the licensed financial institution partner's policies, documentation, and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may use Satya only for lawful pilot participation. Attempts to bypass access controls, automate submissions, interfere with service reliability, misrepresent evidence, or test security without authorization are prohibited.

Updates

Satya may update these terms as the pilot changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current public version. Material changes for active participants will be communicated through the approved pilot support path where practical.
