Privacy Notice

Satya collects the minimum borrower information needed to operate a controlled financing pilot, support selected participants, and maintain accountable review records.

Scope

This notice covers borrower-facing Satya Financials pages and the invite-only pilot application flow. It is written for selected participants and should be read together with the consent page and terms of use.

The pilot is operated with a licensed financial institution partner, but public pages do not name private partner relationships or selection lists.

Information we collect

  • Profile details, contact information, address details, and application references you provide in the borrower flow.
  • Purchase, income, affordability, seller, and asset details needed to assess whether a financing path can be reviewed.
  • Consent choices, submission timestamps, safe status categories, and support history connected to the application.
  • Uploaded evidence categories and related metadata needed for review, fraud prevention, security, audit, and support.
  • Technical signals such as request timing, route, browser type, and security events that help protect the service.

How we use information

  • To prepare and review invite-only pilot applications with accountable human oversight.
  • To communicate receipt, status, support, correction, complaint, and withdrawal requests.
  • To protect the service against misuse, unauthorized access, data loss, and misleading public claims.
  • To keep audit records required for operational, legal, regulatory, and partner accountability.
  • To improve the product using minimized, synthetic, or aggregated signals where practical.

Sharing

Satya shares pilot information only with parties needed for the selected application path: authorized Satya personnel, the licensed financial institution partner, support and infrastructure service providers under contract, and authorities when required by law.

Satya does not publish partner names, invite lists, eligibility criteria, or borrower identities on public pages.

Limits

  • Submitting information does not guarantee approval, disbursement, or a final financing offer.
  • Status pages show safe categories and receipts, not full private application contents.
  • Future reuse of a Satya profile requires the consent flow described on the consent page.
  • Pilot scope can change or close while legal, operational, or partner controls are reviewed.

Contact and requests

Use the support path provided in your invitation or receipt to ask privacy questions, correct information, withdraw consent where available, or request deletion review. Satya may need to confirm that the requester is linked to the application before acting.
